You'll be working through the modules at your own pace and you can replay any lessons within your access period.

This means private coaching help and answering lesson questions are not included.

The tech help form is for any challenges with logging in or accessing material in a lesson eg. a PDF won't download or the link to a YouTube video I want you to watch has stopped working. The form isn't for private coaching questions.

Check where downloads are stored on the specific device you're using. If you don't know this, do a Google search such as "Where do I find downloads on ... ?" then insert your search name eg. my Mac, Windows, PC, iPad, phone etc.

This isn't tech help I can assist you with. All PDFs have been set up and tested in advance for a successful experience.
